Two ways to fill your schedule

Moving requests. Individuals and businesses describe their move. You read the request, then you choose whether to position yourself on it.

Routes to fill. Enter a route you are driving: you see the requests along your way.

Requests you choose

• The customer's number is verified by an SMS code, or by our team, before the request is offered to you.
• The volume is at least 5 m³.
• A duplicate request, submitted by the same customer within 30 days, is removed from the list.
• No more than three companies can position themselves on the same request.

Positioning is open from 8 am to 8 pm. Once positioned, you have 30 minutes to make a first call to the customer from the platform.

Fill your truck

Remplir mon camion (Fill my truck). Enter a departure, an arrival, your dates and the available space. You see the requests that match this route. Browsing does not count against your plan.

Return trips. After a long-distance job signed on the platform, requests are suggested to you on the way back, so you don't drive home empty. To be turned on in your preferences.

The whole job in one place

1. Call. You call from the platform: neither your personal number nor the customer's is shared.
2. Write. A conversation opens as soon as you position yourself. The customer's e-mail replies arrive there too.
3. See. For a remote inventory, the customer joins the video call from their phone, with no app to install.
4. Measure. You enter the inventory room by room; the volume is calculated as you go.
5. Price. You build the quote and see the document update before you send it. You see when the customer has opened it.
6. Sign and get paid. The customer signs online with a code received by SMS, then pays the deposit by card. The balance is paid to you directly by the customer, on moving day.
7. Organise. Team calendar, today's dashboard, call log: you and your sales staff know what to do every morning.

Your workspace works on computer and phone, in the browser: nothing to install to get started.

What we require from every company

SIRET checked in real time. Checked in real time against the official business directory: a closed establishment is refused.

5 documents checked one by one. A Kbis extract less than 3 months old, the professional liability insurance certificate for removals, the transport licence (domestic or Community), an up-to-date URSSAF certificate and bank details (RIB).

Terms signed with an SMS code. The partner terms, signed with a code received by SMS.

An expired document cuts off access to new requests until it is replaced.

Your commitments

• Make the first call from the platform within 30 minutes of positioning yourself. Without a first call within this time, your positioning expires and still counts against your plan.
• Stick to the agreed volume: a significant gap found on moving day falls under a dedicated clause.
• Communicate with the customer, draw up the quote and collect the deposit through the platform, up to signature.
• Keep your documents up to date.
• Quality-of-service monitoring can lead to suspension, under the rules set out in the terms.

What it costs

• A monthly subscription, depending on the plan you choose. You can read the requests before choosing your plan.
• A commission on each signed job, taken from the deposit paid online. Nothing on the balance, which the customer pays you directly.
• The payment provider's fees are covered by the platform.
• No minimum term: you cancel from your workspace, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

How to join the network

1. Create your account. SIRET checked in real time, contact details, password.
2. Upload your 5 documents. From your workspace: PDF or photo.
3. Sign the terms. With an SMS code, and tell us when the team can call you back.
4. Turn on payments. To collect deposits online.
5. Choose your plan. Once your documents are validated, position yourself on your first requests.

Your questions

Do I have to accept every request?

No. No request is assigned to you automatically: you browse the list and position yourself only on the jobs that interest you.

How many companies are on the same request?

No more than three for a moving request. Each request shows the places already taken.

Is the customer verified?

Their phone number is verified by an SMS code, or by our team, before the request is offered to you. Duplicate requests and those under 5 m³ are removed from the list.

I do transport with a van. Can I sign up?

Yes, if your company holds a transport licence and carries out removals: the platform's requests are for at least 5 m³.

Do my customers stay mine?

The quote is in your name and you carry out the job. Communication goes through the platform until signature and deposit; the customer's direct contact details are shown after that.

Can I manage my own customers?

Today your workspace is for jobs that come from the platform. For your own jobs, “Remplir mon camion” (Fill my truck) helps you find requests that match a route you are driving.

I'm not comfortable with computers. How do I get started?

Sign-up takes a few guided steps, and you can ask the team to call you back. At the end of sign-up, you are offered a guided tour of your workspace. The workspace works on computer and phone.

Which documents do I need to provide?

A Kbis extract less than 3 months old, the professional liability insurance certificate for removals, the transport licence, an up-to-date URSSAF certificate and bank details (RIB). They are checked by our team before activation.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes. The subscription has no minimum term: you cancel it from your workspace, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
